About Eric Barvin

Eric founded Barvin Group LLC in 2009 and has since led the acquisition of more than 6,000 multifamily units across key markets in Texas and Atlanta. As the firm’s leader, he is responsible for driving strategic planning and growth while maintaining oversight of all aspects of the business.

He earned a degree in International Studies and Economics from Emory University, where he was a starting forward on the university’s basketball team. Eric is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Houston Apartment Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
