About Bryan George

Bryan brings over 20 years of operational experience and leads Barvin’s Operations team, where he is responsible for executing strategies that drive performance and maximize investment outcomes across the portfolio. His leadership is focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and delivering consistent results.

Prior to joining Barvin, Bryan served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Venterra Realty, where he oversaw a $4 billion portfolio comprising more than 25,000 units across the Sunbelt. He holds an MBA and a dual BA in Business Management and Communications from the University of Wyoming.
